1. Processing Times
Orders are typically processed within 1 to 3 business days, excluding weekends and public holidays.
During peak periods or due to unforeseen circumstances, processing times may be extended.
We make every effort to process orders promptly, but we are not liable for delays caused by events outside our control, such as inventory shortages, payment verification, or technical issues.
2. Delivery Times and Carriers
Delivery times vary based on your location and the selected shipping method.
Standard shipping typically takes 3 to 7 business days after processing.
Express shipping typically takes 3 to 5 business days after processing.
All shipments are handled by third-party carriers. Once an order is dispatched, we are no longer responsible for its handling, delays, or loss.
Any delivery issues must be resolved directly with the carrier.
3. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and depend on the weight, size, and destination of your order.
Where applicable, free shipping is available only to eligible regions and under specific promotional conditions.
For international shipments, any customs fees, taxes, or duties are the sole responsibility of the recipient.
4. Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Parcels
Once your order is dispatched, we are not responsible for lost, delayed, or misrouted deliveries caused by the carrier or incorrect shipping information provided by the customer.
If an item arrives damaged, please notify the carrier immediately and file a claim.
We may assist in providing documentation to support your claim, but we are not liable for the final resolution.
5. Shipping Restrictions
We currently ship to Europe and the United Kingdom.
If you are unsure whether we deliver to your location, please contact us at support@iLucious.com before placing your order.
If a delivery attempt fails due to an incorrect address or an inability to contact the recipient, the order may be returned to us.
Additional shipping charges may apply for redelivery.
6. Force Majeure
We are not responsible for delays or delivery failures caused by events beyond our control.
Such events may include natural disasters, strikes, industrial actions, government restrictions, or technical failures affecting carriers.
7. Tracking and Updates
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email (if applicable) so you can monitor the delivery status.
It is the customer’s responsibility to monitor the tracking information and coordinate with the carrier for any updates or redelivery arrangements.
8. Return to Sender
If a parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect address, failure to collect the parcel, or any issue not caused by us, the following applies:
Reshipping fees will be charged to the customer.
Refunds for the product will be issued only upon receipt of the returned parcel in its original condition.
The original shipping cost will not be refunded.
9. Changes to This Policy
We reserve the right to update or modify this Shipping Policy at any time without prior notice.
Changes will be effective immediately once posted on our website.
